Once we receive the listing information in good order, a minimum of one stock photograph and confirmation of payment(enter promotional code where applicable)we will then process the listings in the order in which they are received. You will be contacted once your posting is accessible on the World Wide Web to the general public.

Picture Requirements

Each listing must have a picture.  We pride ourselves in the quality of our site.  To keep the quality at a superior level, we require that every accommodation have one picture.  This picture will be displayed on your own listing page as well as in the accommodations listing page. 

We prefer clear digital pictures, with a minimum resolution of 600X400.  We may require a second picture if we feel the original picture does not meet our high visual standards.  If you do not have a digital picture, please send a normal print to the following address.  We will be happy to digitize your picture at no charge.  Listings will not become available until after we receive your pictures.  Thank you for your understanding in keeping the quality of The Lodging Handbook.  You may e-mail a digital picture to signup@lodginghandbook.com
